POURING ON THE WALL

A law has been introduced in India to penalise people who smoke in public. But the biggest public menance - more than smoking - is men urinating on walls. This is prevalent all over the country. The worst part is that, in India, one has to pay money to urinate in a clean public toilet in a civilised way. Whereas, those who urinate in public and raise a stink don't have to pay anything.

If we make a law to penalise people urinating in public, the money so collected can be utilised to maintain and build more public toilets.

Globe Trekker TV program showed a place in Mumbai where an innovative idea was employed to curb this menace..And what was that? Photos of gods and godesses were hung on the vulnerable walls. This made many a Indian male avoid those walls for fear of reprisal.!!!

How about keeping a camera that senses urine and clicks photo and projects it on a big hoarding ??!!
